POLICY RETURNS PERIOD - 28 DAYS!
Changed your mind? No problem, contact us within 14 days and return your item to us within 28 days of receiving your initial order, unworn with the swing tags attached and we will refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Please email the office email@example.com to initiate a return. Please allow 1 working day for a reply.
Once a return has been accepted fill in our returns form, and send it with your return to the address provided. *Returns sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted.
If you are exchanging a product you will also need to purchase a Return Label
If you are returning an item for refund. This will be processed once we have received the returned item.
*Please note returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, has its hang tag, packaging and is in its original condition when purchased.

Customers are responsible for all returns from outside the UK, please book your return parcel as 'Return to sender' quoting the original waybill number on it as proof, to avoid customs charges.
Sale items bought online can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, any returns received after this period, will receive a Gift card for the amount paid.
Sale items bought at a show are on a 'Sale No Return' basis, as the items have been seen in person and accepted.
Items can be returned in the first 28 days for a refund or exchange, any items received after this period will be issued with a Gift Card for the amount paid.
