Warranty Coverage
Our LED dog collars and leads are covered under a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, excessive force, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage."
Exclusions from Warranty
Please note that damage caused by excessive pulling or force applied to the collar or lead is not covered under warranty. This includes:
- LED lights or wiring becoming damaged due to strain.
- Structural damage resulting from heavy or sudden pulling.
Our products are designed for regular use with lead-trained dogs. If your dog tends to pull forcefully, we recommend additional training or using a more robust, non-LED collar or lead for walks.
Maintenance and Care
To prolong the life of your LED dog collar or lead:
- Inspect the product regularly for signs of wear or strain.
- Avoid using the product in situations where excessive pulling is likely.
- Avoid over-charging the battery as this will reduce the battery life of the unit and is not covered in the warranty. We recommend a maximum 1.5 hours charging time.
