Warranty coverage

Our LED dog collars and leads are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • misuse or improper handling

  • excessive force or strain

  • normal wear and tear

  • accidental damage

Exclusions from warranty

Damage caused by strong pulling or excessive force is not covered. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • LED lights or internal wiring damaged due to strain

  • structural damage caused by sudden or heavy pulling

These products are designed for use with lead-trained dogs. If your dog tends to pull strongly, we recommend using a more robust, non-LED collar or lead, or considering additional training support.

Care and maintenance

To help extend the life of your LED dog collar or lead:

  • Inspect the product regularly for signs of wear or strain

  • Avoid using it in situations where heavy pulling is likely

  • Do not over-charge the battery — excessive charging can reduce battery life and is not covered under warranty

    • Recommended maximum charge time: 3 hours
