Warranty Coverage

Our LED dog collars and leads are covered under a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, excessive force, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage."

Exclusions from Warranty

Please note that damage caused by excessive pulling or force applied to the collar or lead is not covered under warranty. This includes:

LED lights or wiring becoming damaged due to strain.
Structural damage resulting from heavy or sudden pulling.

Our products are designed for regular use with lead-trained dogs. If your dog tends to pull forcefully, we recommend additional training or using a more robust, non-LED collar or lead for walks.

Maintenance and Care

To prolong the life of your LED dog collar or lead:

Inspect the product regularly for signs of wear or strain.
Avoid using the product in situations where excessive pulling is likely.
Avoid over-charging the battery as this will reduce the battery life of the unit and is not covered in the warranty. We recommend a maximum 1.5 hours charging time.

FAQs

Remove the torch from its faux leather casing. The torch has an inbuilt USB connector. Connect to any standard USB port. ie phone charger, laptop. For further information please see our Instagram FAQ's video.

It will last up to 6 hours on its minimum setting. If you are using
your torch frequently we recommend purchasing a spare so that you will always have a fully charged torch to hand.

When charging there will be a red light on the front of the unit. When it is fully charged this light will turn green. We recommend fully charging for 2 hours maximum to prevent eroding the battery life.

Our headbands and beanies are available in a versatile one-size-fits all. Different knitting styles though do have slightly different fits. The Alpine range is a slightly snugger fit than the wool and bamboo headbands. Childrens headband sizes fit age 4 - 8.

Yes, all our headbands and beanies are washable. Please make sure to
remove torches from items before washing. Our LED jackets and vests are also machine washable. Again, please ensure to disconnect and remove the control unit before washing.

No, as our main fabrics are natural, static is not an issue.

The lights are connected via a controller box which sits neatly in a
small inside pocket. Please follow the instructions in the manual for
connecting to avoid damaging the unit.

Yes, they are rechargeable. Each piece comes with its own controller unit plus a cable, for charging with a standard USB port.

Yes, they can be machine washed. Please follow the care instructions and ensure to remove the control unit before washing.
